YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Founded in 1898, YWCA has focused on women and girls who desire to create a better quality of life for themselves and/or their families, to achieve self-sufficiency, and to increase their financial strength for over 125 years.As Senior Director of Giving, I manage a portfolio of 125+ mid-level individual donors and private foundations, and manage the organization\'s premier donor society: the Fulcrum Society, raising more than annually to support YWCA\'s mission. I also oversees YWCA\'s Annual Fund campaigns including all print and digital materials for recurring donors, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Giving Tuesday and End of Year campaigns. Additionally, I supervise YWCA\'s Event Manager providing guidance for our three signature events and raising annually in event revenue.
