Launched and lead the CDER Center for Clinical Trial Innovation (C3TI) to improve the efficiency of drug development. Lead teams to coordinate across CDER’s innovation programs, promote knowledge sharing, and manage a demonstration program that provides drug developers with opportunities to engage with CDER staff.Co-lead a workstream to support high-quality FDA advisory committee (AC) meetings. The workstream focuses on three areas: determining when an AC meeting is appropriate, the process for recruiting experts, and resources for review staff to prepare for meetings.
