ABOUT MEGHANA PALTHEPU

I am a Banking Operations Specialist at HSBC, where I handle various banking operations for wholesale clients and account servicing teams. I open and close accounts, maintain corporate accounts, and retrieve audit reports. Since joining HSBC in November 2019, I have received multiple awards and recognitions for delivering best service and being a key player in the team.I have a strong background in technical support and salesforce administration. I worked as a Technical Support Consultant at Tech Mahindra for a year, providing troubleshooting solutions for customers and communicated to testers, both internally and externally. I also have a bachelor\'s degree in computer science from Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases. I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer, and I have completed multiple courses on Trailhead by Salesforce. I am proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), salesforce, and Teamwork, and I have excellent communication skills. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, and I value collaboration and quality in my work.
