I am responsible for the management of complex contract activities for products and products-based services that carry significant risk and visibility. I drive the innovation of specialized contract vehicles and provide expertise across all phases of the proposal process, ensuring alignment with technical, contractual, and legal standards. I also take on legal responsibilities such as negotiation and execution of NDAs, TAs, SubK Agreements, and Reseller Agreements, to name a few. I further contribute to legal compliance with a knowledge of insurance, ITAR/EAR, and COO/TAA compliance. Moreover, I am expected to support back office functions, mentor less-experienced colleagues, and occasionally provide cross-functional support serving as Program Manager (PM).

I have supported the Acquisition and Contracts lifecycle from both corporate and SETA viewpoints from cradle to grave with experience in Products and Services. I have over five (5) years of experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and contract management, working with various types of agreements and contracts. I have contributed to the successful delivery of several complex and high-value projects, such as the Low Slow Small Unmanned Aircraft Integrated Defeat System (LIDS) for the US Army, which increased the mission effectiveness and survivability of our troops. I am passionate about providing quality service and solutions to our clients and stakeholders, and I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity in my team.
