PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique initiative that helps older adults stay healthy, independent, and rooted in their communities by providing comprehensive healthcare and social services.As IT Manager for the PACE program, I oversee technology strategy and execution to support the growth and operations of PacificSource’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). My focus spans IT infrastructure, clinical informatics, and system implementations that enable coordinated, high-quality care for vulnerable populations.• Leading Epic implementation via OCHIN to align PACE model of care clinical and operational workflows, optimize data management, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities• Standing up a new PACE Program - responsible for all IT Infrastructure, and clinical applications planning and execution for the Springfield PACE Center, scheduled to open in Summer 2026.• Building and leading a new PACE IT team, including Clinical Systems Support Analysts and an Epic Reporting Analyst, to provide ongoing support and expertise for PACE Operations.• Partnering with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, and executive leadership) to ensure IT strategy aligns with program goals and regulatory requirements.• Driving innovation in informatics to support population health, participant engagement, and compliance across the PACE model of care.
