ABOUT MEGAN EISENHARD

I have enjoyed working in credit union, higher education, and collegiate athletics industries and have held various leadership roles throughout my career.I\'m currently the Chief Growth Officer at University Credit Union, a purpose-driven financial cooperative dedicated to giving everyone in the University Community a financial advantage. Our growth and retail teams work to build, develop and grow relationships with members and prospective members at our partner schools, as well as provide a world class member experience and ensure each member has the tools, resources, and education needed to support their financial well-being. Prior to working at UCU, I spent 14 years at LEARFIELD. As the Senior Vice President of the Campus+ division, I developed comprehensive partnerships and marketing programs that aligned priority university initiatives with the corporate community. The initiatives within the Campus+ vertical included athletic facility naming rights and company-wide relationships with Elevate Sports Ventures and Team IMPACT, LEARFIELD’s philanthropic partner in college sports. I worked with numerous campus leadership teams across the country in identifying partnership platforms and simultaneously worked with local sales teams to identify and consummate partnerships with selected businesses and organizations. I led the process in securing multiple naming rights and campus-wide partnerships, including CEFCU Arena at Illinois State University in 2022, Premier America Credit Union Arena at CSU Northridge in 2022, University Credit Union Center at UC Davis in 2021, and the Official Bank and Official Credit Union partnerships at Texas A&M University in 2019.I have many passions in my work, including developing future women leaders. I helped create and implement LEARFIELD’s first internal female-focused initiative and was a founding executive board member of WISE DFW, a non-profit chapter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area focused on providing mentorship, networking, personal & professional development for women in the sports industry.My strengths & talents have been documented through multiple assessments: • Includer, Developer, Achiever, Positivity, Learner (CliftonStrengths)• Collaborator (Predictive Index) • #9 Mediator & Peacemaker (Enneagram) Go Bears and Stingers Up!
