I am a Talent Acquisition Partner at MGM Resorts International, a leading global hospitality and entertainment company. I have an associate\'s degree in Air and Space Operations Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and a dual credit program in General Studies from Northeast Texas Community College. I also completed some engineering courses at Texas A&M University. My core competencies include analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving. Before joining MGM Resorts, I was a Sensor Operator for the US Air Force for six years, operating surveillance technology to gather intelligence and support military operations worldwide. In this role, I demonstrated precision, expertise, adaptability, and professionalism in high-pressure environments. As a HOH Corporate Fellow at MGM Resorts, I gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and human resources, contributing to recruitment processes and HR initiatives. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I leverage my skills and experience to source and recruit top-tier talent across various departments within the organization, delivering tailored recruitment strategies and fostering positive candidate experiences. I am passionate about building a dynamic and diverse workforce at MGM Resorts, and bringing my unique perspective and experience as an Air Force veteran and an engineering enthusiast to the team.
