Manages and delivers enterprise-wide training and development activities in accordance with organizational requirements including: Property and Corporate New Hire Orientations, Seasonal Orientations, Third Party Vendor Orientations, First Time Leader, Diversity Training, Core Curriculum, SHOW/Service Recovery training, FLEX sessions and MGM Leads.Hosts and facilitates various training modalities including both in-person and virtual trainings and workshops, while incorporating relevant business insights and competitive trends into all programs to ensure relevance and buy-in. Conducts virtual learning via Webinars as needed.
