ABOUT MEGAN MARINI
Founding principal of 3x3 and community-centered designer focused on innovating more sustainable, resilient, and regenerative systems. As a designer with a disability, I build from my lived experience to advance broader community mobility and well-being. As the Director of Strategy at 3x3, an inclusive innovation agency, I lead projects that leverage stakeholder collaboration to create social and environmental impact. For over 15+ years, I’ve worked with public sector clients on urban resilience, workforce development, and public health, applying service design, program evaluation, and capacity building to help organizations solve problems collaboratively.With a background in architecture and urban planning, I also guide the next generation of designers to approach equity in the built environment thoughtfully through teaching and mentorship. Featured on platforms such as GOOD, Public Interest Design, and DWELL magazine, I continue to advocate for just and regenerative futures.
