1) Director of a malaria research project consortium (October 2020-present). Director of a consortium of 21 partners engaged to design, implement, and disseminate findings from malaria operational research, clinical trials, program evaluation, and mathematical modeling in 15 malaria-affected countries. Responsible for recruitment and management of the project team, relationships with 21 partner organizations (US, UK, Australian, and African universities; and African governmental and non-governmental research institutions), and over 100 program, country, and technical focal points from three funding institutions (President\'s Malaria Initiative - USAID and CDC; the Gates Foundation; and GiveWell). 2) Project Director at PATH and Co-Principal Investigator for a phase trial of a novel malaria vector control tool (the attractive targeted sugar bait) in Zambia (November 2017-December 2024). Responsible for coordinating a consortium of partners funded to implement 3 independently powered and managed trials in Zambia, Mali, and Kenya with responsibilities including leading development of the master study protocol; coordinating development of the master statistical analysis plan and standard operating procedures; partner meetings; and knowledge management. Led a team of 60+ staff engaging 600+ people to work on aspects of the trial in Zambia including the delivery of the novel intervention and measurement of primary and secondary outcomes. Coordinated publication of Zambia trial results in a thematic series and served as anchor author on primary publications. Led coordinated dissemination for the consortium. 3) Project Director at PATH for a malaria vector control data use and evaluation component of a President\'s Malaria Initiative malaria vector control project (PMI VectorLink)(June 2017 - September 2020). Promoted project capabilities to garner country buy-ins; recruited, managed, and mentored technical team staff; and produced technical analyses and outputs.
