I advise companies, individuals, SIPPs, commercial landlords, tenants, and investors on a wide range of commercial property transactions including: preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, licences, surrenders and variations, and high value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals across a variety of commercial property sectors; most recently, office, retail, healthcare, hospitality and industrial. Whilst I cover a variety of areas, I specialise in the dental and pharmaceutical sectors. As well as advising in sole commercial property transactions, a significant part of my work is advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions such as business sales and purchases; the majority being in the dental and pharmaceutical sectors.Recent examples of how I have supported my clients include:Enabling a client to sell multiple pharmacies (various properties across various sites) which included liaising with third party landlords along with negotiating and drafting deeds of surrender, new leases, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds, deeds of variation and licences to charge. Carrying out due diligence on the acquisition of various pharmacies and advising on the bank’s security requirements. Facilitating a circa refinance within a tight deadline to help my client avoid an increase in their mortgage rate.
