Coordinated Cingular’s move from an internal website to a SharePoint-based site that allows employees to quickly find key messages from leadership and links to regularly used tools. The SharePoint solution saved $1 million over other web solutions proposed. Worked with IT and Call Center organizations as well as other teams to make this the new landing page for the organization. • Lead internal communications for the Txtng & Drivng…It Can Wait initiative. Developed and implemented plans that have resulted in 19,563 employees taking the pledge not to text and drive.Strategy Development: • Consult on strategy and communications for AT & T Foundation initiatives. Created a variety of communications including videos, internal articles, e-mail messaging, template letters, and digital signage to drive employee engagement in AT & T Cares, Junior Achievement Job Shadow and United Way.Led Employee Initiatives: • Mobility Contingency Planning, Holiday sales 20••••10, leadership town hall program reaching 5,360 employees, Virtual Showroom communications, key product launches.
