I am a certified Energy Therapy Reiki Master Teacher and Mindfulness Coach with over 13 years of experience, including seven years working with elite athletes and teams. My journey in energy medicine began in 2008 at UCL Hospital in London, where I was part of an integrative care team. I later transitioned to hospice care, supporting patients, families, and staff in managing mental health, stress, and pain. Today, I specialize in helping individuals and teams optimize their performance by harnessing the mind-body connection. Through evidence-based biofield therapy and energy-boosting techniques, I empower my clients to break through mental barriers, enhance focus, and accelerate recovery. I work globally with professional athletes and coaches across leagues such as the UK Premier League, Championship League, Bundesliga, NBA, EuroLeague, and European volleyball and ice hockey. My work includes: • Pre-game flow, meditation, and visualization sessions for athletes and teams. • Well-being workshops designed to support resilience, mental clarity, and peak performance. • Speaking engagements and moderating panels on sports performance, mindfulness, and well-being.
