Maintain data integrity in the client specific VMS instance-Actively manage job requisitions through the sourcing lifecycle from create through successful fulfilment-Work closely with suppliers and managers on all items related to open work orders, terminations, conversions, timesheets, revisions, billing issues/discrepancies-Qualify all requisitions with managers upon receipt-Coordinate interviews between suppliers and managers-Review candidate submittals for quality and fit-Follow worker onboarding process through to completion including following up after the worker starts-Manage the candidate offer process, work with the supplier to ensure onboarding compliance is met, push work orders through in VMS-Host weekly calls with suppliers to review job requisition activities-Serve as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers and Suppliers, developing strong relationships with both parties-Category specialization (IT vs ENG vs LI)-Mentor new employees and be a trusted go-to resource for information-Proactively engage with respective managers to help plan future resource needs-Ensure implementation of policies and practices-Run and provide monthly VMS reports to the customer and work to resolve any discrepancies as well as provide ad-hoc reports upon request-Address and resolve client, supplier, and contractor relations issues in a confidential manner-Works with Program manager to support, submits tickets, resolves issues-Explain how the program works to new managers and suppliers to ensure they understand the process and procedures of the program and address any violations of program guidelines-Attends meetings including team meetings, client meetings, and ad-hoc supplier meetings.
