I’m a brand and communications leader with over a decade of experience building, evolving, and scaling brands through the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and culture. My background spans integrated brand marketing, employer brand, and corporate communications, always grounded in a deep focus on business impact, stakeholder alignment, and authentic connection.Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with executive leaders to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that drive growth, strengthen reputation, and engage both internal and external audiences. I’m known for building trusted relationships, leading with authenticity, and creating environments where teams and ideas can thrive.Prior to my current role, I led employer brand at Canadian Tire Corporation, where I refreshed the employee value proposition and brought it to life through integrated, human-centred campaigns. This work helped elevate brand perception, attract top talent, and reinforce a strong, purpose-driven culture at scale.Today, I lead Communications at Nature Fresh Farms, where I’m shaping how a proudly family-founded, North American greenhouse leader shows up to its people, partners, and communities during a pivotal stage of growth. From corporate narrative to executive and internal communications, my focus is on building clarity, consistency, and connection across every touchpoint.I’m also the founder of BrandHer, a growing community for women in brand marketing focused on connection, mentorship, and advancing the next generation of leaders.At my core, I believe the strongest brands are built from within, and that when people connect to a clear purpose, meaningful growth follows.
