I lead all high volume recruiting at the DIRECTV Huntsville, AL Customer Care site. I support DIRECTV\'s Customer Care business unit and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), by executing the recruitment strategy to identify and select top talent for Customer Service Representatives in Huntsville. I own the recruitment process including; identifying and executing a sourcing strategy, building relationships within the community and hiring top talent to drive business initiatives. I am responsible for performing the day-to-day recruiting processes for the hiring of top talent by using my creativity, and ability to think outside the box will be to look for and implement new ways to develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. l partner closely with internal clients, HR Business Partners, TA Leadership and Call Center leadership to play a proactive role in reducing attrition by ensuring quality hires. I also assist with the on-boarding processes for newly hired CSRs as well as assist in filling other nonexempt call center positions.
