HR Director responsible for defining and driving delivery of the EMEA People Strategy. I am a member of the EMEA Leadership team growing the business as part of the BV global diversification outside of the USA. We have 200 professionals working over ten countries mainly in the UK, Germany, Spain, and Dubai. We are currently building a waste to energy plan in Lostock with circa 850 employees, international assignees, and contractors. I have one HRBP and a Talent Acquisition team of two.• Launched the growth strategy in Q4 2024 with the leadership team to grow services and EPC activity as part of the transformation to net zero.• Partnered and coached the MD to grow the new team, establish new ways of working and to progressing delivery of key actions aligned to the strategy.• Worked on leadership capability cross EMEA and improving Supervisory capability in a global complex team who are managing teams across many different countries and cultures.• Sponsor for all UK talent and I work with the international mobility team to ensure compliance.
