Apart of the Construction HR Team.• Processing and auditing New Hire Paperwork, Performance reviews, and Personnel file transactions including Tax forms, DD, I9’s, Benefit forms, site acknowledgments and any additional forms. • Partnering with the recruiting teams on each construction site to help process all forms of paperwork. • Data entry into HRIS system- People Soft• Customer service to managers, administrative staff, and employees- which includes verbal Verification of employments. • Answer all tickets that come through Zendesk promptly from Recruiters and outside sources.
