I have over 30 years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD). My accomplishments include leading the development of all training materials for the first generation US Navy Automated Electronic Classroom (AEC), production of the US Army’s video “Operating the FMTV in the Republic of Korea”, and development of the design requirements for the US Army’s next generation live force-on-force laser simulation training. As an Instructional Systems Specialist with the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), my responsibilities include analysis, acquisition, and evaluation of Naval training systems. I hold a Security Cooperation Acquisition Management (ACQ) certification with related international acquisition experience. Additionally, I have received a Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Test and Evaluation certification.
