I drive organizational change at the intersection of leadership, behavioral health, and primary prevention, helping teams build resilience, reduce harmful behaviors, and improve readiness in high-demand environments. With over 18 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, I specialize in translating strategy into action. In my current role, I translate policy into practice by supporting prevention efforts and implementing evidence-informed approaches. I am particularly passionate about culture change, with experience developing and delivering large-scale training, mentoring leaders at all levels, and creating practical tools that make prevention actionable and sustainable. I have contributed to Navy-wide initiatives that strengthen resilience and improve organizational effectiveness. My goal is to continue advancing leadership and prevention strategies that create meaningful, lasting impact while building environments where people can perform, adapt, and thrive.
