Lead the development and rollout of ESG programs with global consumer products, automotive, and technology companies, supporting adoption of emerging regulatory requirements (UFLPA, CSRD, Conflict Minerals, EU Battery Regulation, EU Deforestation Regulation, EU Forced Labor, etc.) and industry audit frameworks (RBA, SLCP, Disney, HIGG, YESS, among others). • Direct benchmarking initiatives across safety, environmental, and human rights standards to strengthen client and supplier practices. • Design and implement supplier labor and EHS surveys, conduct data analysis for supply chain mapping, and build monitoring plans, audit tools, and training programs. • Oversee QA reviews of RBA VAP audit reports, ensuring consistency and sharing best practices with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. • Lead conflict minerals analyses and develop risk models to identify and mitigate supply chain risks. • Guide facilities on corrective action plans addressing safety, environment, working hours, wages, benefits, recruitment, and management systems—aligning with RBA Code of Conduct and client standards. • Conduct onsite audits, investigations, and follow-up verifications, drafting findings reports and ensuring vendor compliance with client codes and legal requirements. • Engage directly with clients through regular updates, trend analysis, and program improvement recommendations. • Manage contracts, project timelines, and deliverables, while developing internal SOPs, audit tools, and auditor performance review processes. • Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting accuracy, track QA issues, and align audit tools and resources with client expectations. • Develop training materials and online application sites to scale program adoption. • Represent the organization externally at industry conferences and associations (e.g, APSCA, AAFA), strengthening cross-industry collaboration on ESG and responsible sourcing.
