Hi, I’m Maya, a versatile and creative professional with expertise in all aspects of writing, editing, proofreading, and language translation. Gifted with an exceptional eye for detail as well as in-depth knowledge of English grammar, syntax, and style, I’m presently seeking new challenges and opportunities so that I can capitalize on these talents and skills. A language specialist, I’m experienced in translating and adapting scripts, promotional materials, and articles from French to English. I’m also knowledgeable of developing training curriculum in various languages for global organizations. As well, I provide translation of spoken languages for organizations including the NYC Department of Education, the NY Department of Corrections, the NY Mental Health Agency, and other government organizations. I’m fluent in French, Italian, and Polish. I translate scripts, marketing materials, and various copy for Canadian companies, using in-depth knowledge of the English and French languages. I then supervise script adaptations at recording sessions for retail commercials. Companies hire me for these jobs because I have a track-record of guaranteeing translation accuracy. Finally, as a corporate English trainer with Go Fluent, I teach corporate professionals to communicate in English during business transactions.
