Passionate tech-savvy Strategist with cross-functional and hands-on experience in shaping and driving Global, Regional and Country agenda. Committed and result oriented with a proven track record of programs developed and delivered at scale.Over the past two years, I have devoted my efforts to our spin-off from the former parent company, establishing an independent Ethics, Risk & Compliance function during the separation. Subsequently, I took over the Enterprise Risk Management program, which I currently lead.Before that, I was focused mostly on transformation of customer engagement model in the Generics business. Integration of digital marketing strategies and technologies included revision of multiple processes from brand planning to performance management, transition to centralized content creation, customer engagement platforms build and roll out worldwide as well as implementation of upskilling programs for marketing, sales and commercial excellence teams.
