I\'m an administrative and systems implementation professional with 10+ years of experience leading and supporting HR, payroll, finance, and CRM projects across Southeast Asia. My background includes leading ERP and HRIS implementations, managing documentation, and supporting project teams through full system lifecycles, from planning to go-live.I’ve worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM, SharePoint, and the full Microsoft Office Suite to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve user adoption.
