I am a strategic finance professional with experience in FP & A at a public tech company and a boutique management consulting firm. I enjoy working in strategic roles that bridge operational goals and financial impact. I am a valuable business partner to senior management, consistently providing clarity and accuracy while streamlining decision-making processes. Some of my achievements include: Increased gross profit by €60 million by improving booking rate reporting accuracy by 7.7% Improved the accuracy of purchasing run-rates by 40%, with variances below 2% and volatility below 1% Created a full process from scratch for setting operational targets across the entire purchasing funnel, conducting monthly meetings with the Group CEO Built a reporting system showing the actual values and run-rates throughout the purchasing funnel across all countries, used by SVP Purchasing for decision-making on a daily basis Led a cross-functional project on cost allocation between business segments and markets at the group level, resulting in the automation of operational PnL preparation and more precise reporting I am experienced in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. I am confident in handling data and typically work the full cycle, from extracting data using SQL to building reports in Google Sheets and automating them with Python or Google Apps Script. I find the tech environment fascinating and am deeply interested in startup and scaleup ecosystems. Chess is another important part of my identity. As a chess grandmaster since 2018, winner of multiple tournaments, and a player in the world\'s top 300 (top 0.1%), I know firsthand what it takes to win big and reach the summit. My greatest achievement thus far was winning the 2017 European Rapid Chess Championship (with 1,200 players and 60+ grandmasters), and my most recent victory was at the 2025 Berlin Chess Championship.
