ABOUT RAKESH RAJA

As a Finance Manager Intern at AUTO1 Group, I applied my Msc in Corporate Finance and MBA to oversee the financial planning, reporting, and analysis of the company. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of financial goals and strategies and supported the decision-making process with data-driven insights and recommendations. I also contributed to the improvement of the financial systems and processes and ensured compliance with the relevant standards and regulations. During my seven-month tenure, I helped the company achieve a significant increase in revenue and profitability, thanks to my problem-solving and communication skills. Before joining AUTO1 Group, I gained valuable experience as an Internal Audit Intern at Wheels India Limited, where I assisted in conducting financial and operational audits, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing audit reports and recommendations. I also enhanced my presentation skills and learned from seasoned professionals in the field. I have a strong educational background in accounting and finance, having graduated from TBS Education with an Msc in Corporate Finance and from Alliance University with an MBA. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from PSG College of Arts and Science. I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the finance industry. I aspire to become a leader and an innovator in the field, and to create positive impact and value for the organizations and communities I work with.
