Management of Press and Public Relations at Toulouse Football ClubPlan and prepare press and public relations activities for the professional sector, the Youth Academy, the TFC Association, and the Toulouse Football Cœur Foundation;Write press releases and conduct media monitoring, in coordination with the Head of Communications;Support the organization of press and public relations events;Design and coordinate institutional events;Manage the professional team’s PR calendar.Implementation of Communication / Marketing ActionsAssist in organizing events overseen by the Communications Department;Support the smooth operational execution of events organized by the Communications team.Internal CommunicationDefine the internal communication strategy, in coordination with the Head of Communications;Select appropriate communication tools for each initiative;Develop the editorial strategy for visual and audiovisual communication materials, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders and the Head of Communications;Draft and distribute the company’s internal communication materials;Ensure top-down (management to employees), bottom-up (employees to management), and horizontal (between employees) communication flows;Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives;Review and approve employee-targeted announcements;Oversee and animate the internal communication tools implemented within the organization.
