ABOUT MAXIME SCHNEIDER

My passion for project management goes hand in hand with my passion for seeing happy customers. Here is how I acquired this know-how in a few lines: Driving large-scale digital transformation programs for national and international companies has always fascinated me. I am leading this change management today while relentlessly focusing on the business needs to drive customer satisfaction 🤗. A seasoned leader, who thrives on working under pressure whilst managing conflicting priorities, I ensure my team understand and prioritise deliverables to align with their client\'s strategic business priorities. My different experiences, as Project Manager or as Project Team Leader in South Africa, allowed me to realize that this transition was disturbing for our clients. Our duty is therefore to guide them, support them, understand their business and financial challenges in order to facilitate this transformation 🤝. This is how I was able to create and develop the International PMO of Tata Communications. Our department has succeeded in considerably reducing project deadlines (around 30% faster than market standards ) while increasing project quality in line with strong customer satisfaction (97% satisfaction measurement on average over 2020 ). I also support the sales teams by supporting them and promoting the positive effects of a strong project department, with a certified methodology (PMP), people with recognized experience, a guarantee of quality.
