I currently lead the Less than Truck Load (LTL) business within Amazon Freight, operating across the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. I have full strategical and financial responsibility of the business; owning the end to end operational roadmap and P+L, striving to maximise gross, operational and economic profit, whilst delighting our customers.My main responsibilities include: Leading a team of ten Product and Program Managers (from entry through to Senior level); each responsible for their own area of the business - including Supply, Terminal Operations, customer facing Product, Tech and Strategy Creating, defining and driving the vision and strategy of the LTL business, empowering the team to develop bottoms-up technical, programmatic and product roadmaps Driving growth of the business in current geographies, whilst scoping opportunities for expansion across Europe, without comprising on profitability

Over the last 18 years working in leadership roles across Operations and Logistics with the British Army, Aldi UK, EV Cargo and Amazon, I now find myself in my dream role: leading the Less than Truck Load Business across the UK and Europe for Amazon Freight. People are my passion. I have found that everything else that I love driving and achieving in the workplace (delighting customers, delivering exceptional results and insisting on the highest of standards in all that we do) is centered around a strong and engaged core of awesome people in the teams I have lead.
