Currently working as a Grade D operator, Spray Dry Department- Overseeing the production and packaging of orders within a solo working environment- Practical knowledge in using the LARK system to run the plant, 6 weeks training required- The ability to multi task efficiently as you must be able to run the plant, produce new jobs and wash different areas of the department in unison, whilst adhering to strict CCP and GMP requirements and completing all necessary paperwork and testing- Working in tandem with all departments such as planning, management, weighing team, Quality control, maintenance, pre- batch etc- Adept in using the computer system integrated here SAP to allocate and confirm orders, accounting for stock control, updated weekly plans, engineer tickets, OSHENS if necessary, labelling, testing- reflective index, density and viscosity- One of six Permit holders- Signed off to work/ support in the following departments, liquid compounding, Filtration, Bulk, Granulation and powder blends- Responsible for training new operators- Correct disposal of both Hazardous and Non Hazardous material- Extensive training in the use and handling of chemical, allergens, toxins, stench, carcinogenic ingredients- Licences achieved include counter balance fork truck, V&A, Reach truck, jet- ski, combi- pallet lifter.
