ABOUT MAX HELLER

I am a business professional who builds teams, programs, and partnerships that inspire growth and create impact. Known for motivation, positivity, and a people-first approach, I lead with clarity, creativity, and focus across management, marketing, sales, operations, and coaching. I thrive on turning ideas into action, empowering teams, solving challenges, and driving results while bringing a coach’s mindset, competitive drive, and commitment to elevating the people and organizations around me.I am passionate about fitness, athletics, recording music, film production, event promotion, traveling, camping, and hiking. I have been honored with recognition ranging from Employee of the Month to All-Star quarterback to a student film invited to the Cannes Film Festival. Other accomplishments include launching my personal Beyond Yourself brand, becoming a professional pickleball coach, emceeing a Major League Pickleball tournament and the Wilson Celebrity Pickleball Classic for the Jimmy V Foundation, and working with a former Professional Pickleball Association sponsor and currently with Invited Clubs (formerly ClubCorp), the largest owner-operator of private clubs in North America.Throughout my career, I have been inspired and challenged by people who introduced me to new opportunities, industries, products, places, and perspectives, shaping the professional I am today. My goal is to continue growing as a leader, creating meaningful experiences, and making a positive impact on the teams, organizations, and communities I serve.
