I am leading the development of the central SCADA system for the HS2 programme. This fully integrated system will enable the management of the HS2 mainline infrastructure from the HS2 Operational Control Centre. Within the scope of my role, I serve as the discipline lead for EMS/SCADA at HS2 and as the engineering manager for the central SCADA engineering team. As the technical lead, I am responsible for overseeing the procurement-related activities of the central SCADA system for the HS2 programme. This includes delivering works information, interfaces, architectures, and providing direct support for safety and security-related activities.
