SAP Client Services Analyst:Supports system users (customers) by promptly resolving their Level 2/3 issues/queries working as required with the appropriate parties for resolutionResponsibilities:• Maintain appropriate log of issues/queries as put forward by markets within helpdesk software.• Optimize issue resolution by following production support procedures – effective, efficient, documented issue resolution.• Work closely within the client support team and liaise with other functional team members and/or managers in order to maintain and apply common processes.• Actively promote the designed processes within the organization• Contribute to group goals as set out in the methodology and achieve high level results – by being proactive in the approach• Participate in ad-hoc and on-going support and Financials projects• Produce periodic reportsIPG (Interpublic Group) is the US listed holding company of 238 advertising and media companies, they have staff globally, in the US, based in UK, in Europe and with the remaining in Asia Pac.They have annual revenues of $7.5 Billion, and rank No 2/3 in their industry.Approximately 4/ 5 years ago the decision was made to consolidate the various SAP landscapes into 1 standard template (project Vantage R3/ ECC6) currently there are now 3 those being:I SAP - International this cover Europe, Asia Pac and South AmericaN SAP – North America and UK C SAP – This is the current template used for one of the groups agencies CMG (CMG are responsible for $1Billion of revenue)I SAP and N SAP are currently being migrated, this is expected to take a further 3 years after which C SAP is planned to be included.The project is being delivered in house (End Client) with Ernst & Young providing some Advisory into the US board.This is one of the largest SAP implementations in Europe at this time, the core modules are: SD, FI/CO, MM and PS
