ABOUT SEBASTIAN MATTUKAT
I’m a visual storyteller by heart. Nothing gets me more excited than a well-crafted story. For the last 13 years I worked a writer and director in film and commercials. I’ve directed over a hundred commercials, the award-winning shorts “The Rising” (2012) and “Comtesse” (2013) and wrote and directed two feature films. As it happens with small indie films “Erwartungen (2016)” was never released but brought me the gig of “Hexenjagd (2021)” which is available on every major streaming platform and on DVD. In August 2022 I joined Crytek as a Cinematic Artist and left the film industry for good. It was finally time to make the dream of my inner 14-year-old come true and combine my love for video games with my passion for storytelling.
