ABOUT MATT STUBBLEFIELD

I’m a connector at heart, with nearly a decade of experience in marketing, sales, communications, HR, and talent development. I believe that people thrive when strategy meets empathy, and that belief has shaped each step of my career.I’ve had the unique privilege of growing up within The Springs Living—starting in an entry-level role and stepping into leadership over time. As Marketing Director, I helped build the department from scratch, led a website transformation that boosted traffic by over 50%, and worked across teams to align our messaging with what people experience in our communities.Today, I’m part of the Community Relations team at The Springs at The Waterfront—a flagship community redefining what it means to provide value and services for adults over the age of 62 and their families. My role is building quality relationships: listening closely, understanding what matters most, offering clarity, and walking alongside families as they make some of life’s biggest decisions. Every conversation is an opportunity to make meaningful connections and help people feel confident in their next step.Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, TCU sports fan, and weekend pizza dough pioneer. My happy place is anywhere I can move—climbing rocks, lifting heavy things, chasing trails, diving deep, or gliding down a mountain. Being active or outdoors is where I reset and refocus. I’m also on a mission to find the best taco in town wherever I go.
