ABOUT OLE LINDBO

I have had the unique experience of growing up in the industry. As a child, my mother was a CNA working in a SNF in Anacortes, Wa. Living on caregiver wages in the 80\'s and 90\'s I would have to spend the day with my mom at work after school etc. Because of this I learned early how to speak the language of senior care. I went to school after high school and obtained my LPN with the goal of going forth and getting my RN. This plan changed however when I fell in love with leading and growing staff and residents. I worked several years in skilled nursing, before being presented with an opportunity to run an assisted living and memory care. Since then I have never looked back. I had the pleasure of working 8 years for Lifestyles Senior Housing and Milestone Retirement who obtained that management contract towards the tail-end of my tenure, and held multiple executive positions in 4 different communities. The last 4 years I had the opportunity to work for Generations and operate Cherrywood Village where I was able to refine and develop a stronger skillset in leadership, management and senior housing.
