Joined JLR as a Senior Business Analyst and then took on the PO role for various products falling under JLR\'s Digital Engineering capability -• Default Charging Platform – delivered a proof of concept to control a JLR branded home charger via a mobile app in partnership with our 3rd party Charging Station Management System provider.• Pivotal KYC – automation of the ‘Know Your Customer’ journey for the Pivotal vehicle subscription product via API integration with 3rd party identity, licence, insurance and affordability check providers.• Software Over the Air - products to manage software update campaigns that target specific vehicle cohorts and keep in sync a vehicle ‘Digital Twin’ database.My responsibilities cover defining a vision for the products that aligns with JLR’s overall strategy and setting out a roadmap for delivery. JIRA is used to manage the product backlogs and Scrum as the delivery methodology resulting in the following outcomes -• 10 million software updates since 08/20 with a roadmap to scale to 27m per annum.• Warranty costs avoided in the 10s of £millions.• Improvement in the accuracy of the ‘Digital Twin’ from 65% to 99%.• Pivotal KYC MVP released in 02/23 with customers having been on boarded since then.• Organizational wide recognition of the effectiveness of Agile delivery (promoted through communicating the above results in quarterly business reviews, digital showcases and a presentation to the board and CEO).
