My experience brings a strong commercial focus to building partnerships or delivering product innovation.After enjoying a successful account management career pathway which had at its core the sale of analytical projects or the sale and retention of the tools used to deliver them to sectors such as major retailers and financial services clients, I took on the management of the analysis team used to deliver the projects and then a sales leadership role tasked with the development of a steady stream of new account managers for the business as well as hitting designated revenue targets. Being a subject matter expert in the spatial network planning tools, data and applications required me to continually ask questions about the software, its future development, and to provide feedback from clients as well as my own ideas about how functionality and data could be improved. This desire to provide my clients with great products and a keen interest in the innovation process proved to be a catalyst for transitioning into my more recent roles developing and delivering product strategy though product management skills and experiences.
