ABOUT MATTHEW M.

Currently working as the Events and Communities Coordinator UK/IE for Brooks Running! This involves the support for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and running events across the UK & Ireland in alignment with Brooks’ brand and marketing strategy. And building and nurturing relationships with running communities, ambassadors, and influencers (e.g. through the Brooks Running Collective) to activate and grow brand engagement. In recent, I have competed a Masters Degree at Texas A&M-Commerce, concentrating in International Sport Management, as well as working as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Health and Human Performance department. I have also accomplished 4 years at University, achieving a First Class Honours Degree in BA (Hons) Event Management at Coventry University. I would like to further work in Events, Sports and/or Marketing and make a beneficial impact on other peoples\' lives. I have graduated from both Universities, having gained copious amounts of experience in different industries and have connected with a large variety of people, opening myself to more opportunities. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and trustworthy person. I believe I can be a vital asset to any business or organisation, as I can bring creative and ambitious ideas to the table and I\'m very eager to learn and understand new skills, qualities and ways of how successful businesses function. I want to make a difference in the world of Events, Marketing and Sports and want to find new ways into interacting with consumers and target markets.
