One of the largest U.S. healthcare providers of diagnostic imaging services (NASDAQ: LMRI), Lumexa Imaging has a network of 180 imaging outpatient centers with leading radiologists across 13 states, generating a $1B plus in annual revenue.• Lead the enterprise-wide FP & A and Treasury functions, with ownership of the annual budget, quarterly forecast, cash forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Serve as primary finance partner to the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing $165M+ in corporate budgets. Provide financial reporting to the ELT, Board of Directors, lenders, and investors while leading cash forecasting, liquidity, debt covenants, capital structure, equipment leasing, and Accounts Payable.• Manage a nationally dispersed team of 3 direct reports, 17 indirect team members, and a payroll and FP & A vendor budget of $2M. Scaled the Corporate Finance team from 3 to 8 personnel, expanding responsibility to Accounts Payable, and designed an operating structure capable of supporting the rigorous reporting and governance requirements of a publicly traded company. • Supported the company’s 2025 IPO delivering $462M in net proceeds to deleverage the company by ~2.0x and fund future growth. Concurrently refinanced the term loan and upsized the Revolving Credit Facility by 50%. Ensured public company readiness for ongoing reporting, including SEC filings, quarterly earnings materials, and investor relations deliverables spanning financial narratives, KPIs, communications, and guidance.• Redesigned and professionalized the monthly financial review process, delivering standardized reporting, new content, enhanced KPIs, and improved information flow. • Delivered two forecasts and the annual budget within the first six months, leveraging a clear, data-driven planning process to gain approval in record time, amid IPO demands and substantial internal reorganization efforts impacting key budget stakeholders.
