Leading Hogue Landscape Services with over five years at the helm, my focus has been on scaling high-quality landscape projects, fostering team building, and driving operational excellence. Under my leadership, Hogue Landscape Services has grown to employ over 100 full-time team members and has quickly become the largest residential design-build-maintain landscape architecture firm in the Houston market. Our team\'s dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction has earned us multiple TIEL awards for our projects, and I was honored to receive the 2025 Young Leader of the Year award by the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association (TNLA).In addition to my professional accomplishments, I was recently elected to the Board of Directors at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where I am proud to support one of the largest charitable events in Texas. This role aligns with my commitment to giving back to the community and supporting youth education and agricultural initiatives.My journey has also been shaped by my tenure at Powered By H, where my focus on customer satisfaction and operational expertise has solidified our reputation as a trusted partner in the Greater Houston area. These experiences reflect my leadership philosophy: empowering teams, delivering value, and maintaining a relentless dedication to excellence.Before founding Hogue Landscape Services, I spent over 14 years at Lanson B. Jones & Co, where I advanced from an operations assistant to Vice President of Construction and spearheaded the creation of a Business Development department. These roles allowed me to develop as a 360-degree leader, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.Lastly, I am a proud graduate of the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where I earned my degree in business management while working full time. This experience provided me with invaluable skills and a relentless work ethic that I apply daily in leading my teams and serving my clients. I am a current member of the Ezekiel W. Cullen Society which recognizes and celebrates University of Houston\'s most generous individual donors as well as the Corbin J. Robertson Society which is committed to underwriting the current cost of one full athletic scholarship per semester.
