Currently undertaking a 10-month part-time secondment to HSBC in the Insurable Risk team. Led a major operational risk modelling project, focussing on the implications of operational risk scenario data on the insurance programme. Created insight with stochastic analytics to inform key business decisions using Monte Carlo simulation, presenting my analysis to senior stakeholders. Also worked in Trade Credit Insurance, enabling increased lending capacity and capital relief for the bank. Automated legacy processes and built dashboards to improve decision making. This role requires balancing 1-2 days per week at HSBC with my role at Aon.
