With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I’ve built a career rooted in technical excellence, client-focused service, and operational leadership. My journey spans diverse roles, from hands-on field operations to business development and team management.As a Business Development Manager, I prioritize building lasting partnerships by aligning company goals with client success. I believe every stakeholder—whether contributing time, expertise, or financial investment—deserves fair value and recognition. This client-first approach has driven long-term success and mutual growth.Previously, as an Operations Supervisor and Service Coordinator, I enabled field teams and clients with real-time, accurate data to make the best operational decisions. I managed personnel and equipment logistics, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient project execution.During my tenure as a Directional Driller, I led daily drilling operations and guided Field Engineers toward safe and efficient wellsite performance. My focus was always on operational excellence and team development.Earlier in my career, as an M/LWD Engineer, I operated remote drilling tools while collaborating with industry leaders like Shell, MD Totco, and 5 Elements Drilling. I played a key role in refining SCADA modules for automating NOV Rapid Rigs, advancing 3D/Horizontal drilling applications.My foundational experience as a Mechanical Technician with Sperry Drilling Services in the Gulf of Mexico taught me the technical and operational fundamentals that still guide me today.Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and creating value for clients and employers alike.
