ABOUT MATTHEW HALL
I am a qualified person with 15 years experience in industry from analytical and product testing through formulation R&D, quality & regulatory positions including management of a small and large teams. Because I have worked from early development (including IMP & early product formulation) to upscale and large commercial production I feel I have a rounded understanding of product lifecycle and the different quality systems requirements of each stage. I am an internal cGMP and compliance auditor with a keen eye for detail and have managed quality systems such as change control, deviation and complaints systems.I enjoy deviation investigation and problem solving and enjoy getting cross functional teams together to get to robust root cause so that systems and processes can be improved.I also enjoy developing people, under my direct management or horizontally under mentoring and coaching programs, and seeing these people develop and succeed.
