I lead People Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Listening, managing a team of eight. We partner with HR leaders and the business to provide targeted data insights, and proactively anticipate data and analytics needs. We use data to deliver insights through storytelling, making an impact on employee experience for all of our brands, shipboard and shoreside. We solve problems using a hypothesis-driven approach, deliver compelling stories, and consultatively work with our brand leaders to drive solutions that impact business outcomes. I was honored to be awarded Royal Caribbean Group\'s Circle of Excellence Employee of the Year, among the top ~2% of Sr. Manager and below employees.
