Fellow of Engineers Australia, Chartered Professional Engineer with expertise in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering & Design and engineering management for major resource and infrastructure projects. As General Manager - Engineering, I am responsible for company success by facilitating engineering excellence within RJE’s multi-disciplinary engineering and design team. Currently in the process of developing and implementing a company-wide engineering design process based on a systems engineering principles approach.Proven expertise in design management, technical interface management, and implementing Systems Engineering principles to ensure project requirements are tracked and met. With over 20 years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering sector, I also have a strong understanding of the technical and commercial drivers of engineering projects.In addition to working at RJE Global, I have spent over 5 years at the Department of Defence performing the role of design acceptance engineer on a variety of submarine electrical systems as well as systems requirement development for stealth/survivability systems and platform cyber security. Prior to the Defence experience I have been employed as a control system engineer responsible for the design, programming, and commissioning of several engineering projects in a variety of industries.
