Worked with cross-functional Sera team in designing requirements including timing of launch, designed system changes to allow PRIME & Commercial tests to have individual draw windows. Worked with Lab personnel and LIMS Engineers to implement new Labware LIMS system. Worked closely with the LIMS administrator to learn the lab process within the system, and work through an exhaustive list of supporting documentation and code to accomplish the build-out of a whole new set of servers to enable best practices of application development. Implementing electronic ordering of PreTRM has been an ongoing primary focus. This is a high-visibility/high-priority project for the organization that includes many stakeholders. Migrated existing Team Foundation Server repositories to Azure DevOps, also migrating to “git” and preserving code history.
