Loading Orders within SAP and wider business systems. Ensuring that information provided by Customers is accurately captured within the respective Purchase Order.Validating the accuracy and integrity of Customer provided documentation, including Purchase Order and Customer specific requirements that may be required. Work with both Customer Account Managers to resolve information omissions.Administering a variety of Customer Portals to extract and upload requisite information.Communicating updates regarding the status of Order Reviews and Purchase Order queries.Responsible for loading orders to the Customer Relationship Management system to facilitate and close Contract Reviews.
