Delivery and access to online delivery services including Click and Collect and Endless Aisle to our UK & I Market.> Successful completion of POS and Stock Inventory system deployment into our Australia and Aotearoa market> Successful delivery of our in house POS solution into our North American marketPlaying a pivotal role within Lush Global Digital the role sees me steering strategic programmes that make meaningful change happen across the business.I am responsible for a Programme of work aiming to ensure that our products are available across the globe, when customers need them.Key projects include deployment of POS and Stock Inventory software to Australia and Aotearoa, moving into our European markets, North America and Japan. Alongside key evolution of our data centralisation projects and product databases. Supporting wider programmes delivering into Manufacturing, Retail and Online projects.As Programme Manager Lead I am also responsible for the team of Programme Managers, Producers and Business Analysts that do the core work of project delivery. Coaching and business knowledge are daily tools used to create strong, independent team members who feel confident in tackling the challenges offered. Engaged with the businesses ways of working, building on its culture and representing the Leadership team I will often be seen at the forefront of discussions and presentations to the wider business.Key skills in this position vary greatly due to the reactive and dynamic nature of projects in Lush. Able to turn swiftly to new direction and delivery, Programme Managers are able to adapt and change focus readily. Turning concepts and ideas into real world examples is key, gaining insight from around the business and understanding our stakeholder and colleagues requirements, building a clear view to delivery. Scale is often large and the vision is always global.
