Technical Management, mentoring and support for a team of 6 local engineers and a far larger resource base in Chennai, India who are supporting the national upgrade and rollout of 2G and 4G radio basestations• Reporting on both technical and administrative issues to senior management and external customers• Scheduling and effective time management for the team• Analysis and escalation of time critical failures• Trouble ticket management and SLA tracking to ensure effective and timely resolution• Coordination and support to SPOCs of 5 different small works contractors• Process improvement and development to further support the project• Creation of technical documentation relevant to the teams tasks• Key ‘soft’ payment milestone ownership and control• Facilitator and key contact for both internal and external process ownership• Interface towards the customer on all aspects of site handover and acceptance• Planning and financial forecast modelling• KPI anaylsis along with design and implementation of improvement plans• Service Improvement Plan E2E ownership
